India vs New Zealand 4th T20i 2020

       India touring New Zealand 2020 schedule commenced since 24th January, and 5 T20i games against the team had been scheduled. Team Blue won the 5 games series as 3-0 and the 4th game is scheduled on 31st January 2020 at Westpac Stadium, Wellington.

          The 1st T20I game against NZ was on 24th Jan in Eden Park, India won the toss and decided to field. New-Zealand set a score of 203 for 5 wickets as a chase for Team Blue. The Indian batsman KL Rahul, and SS Iyer batted 50⁺ and achieved 204-4 in 19 overs. India won the 1st T20i with 6 wickets difference. In the 2nd T20i game India won with 7 wickets supported by KL’s duel-role, and Shreyas Iyer batting, India achieved 135 for 3 wickets beating New Zealand’s game of 132-5. Remarkable bowling was delivered by the Indian bowlers.

          The 3rd T20i game was a memorable and celebrated moment for the Indian team which definitely marked the long-awaited win. Kane Williamson 95 runs for New Zealand and Rohit Sharma’s 65 runs for India laid the foundation for the teams. New Zealand bowler HK Bennett and Mohammed Shami the Indian bowler controlled the overs when the opponents batted. But the 3rd T20i win was decided on super-over, where New Zealand batted 17 runs and India scored  18 and won the game. ODI games against the same team are to begin from 5th – 11th February and teams have revealed their players.
