Earlier in the day, the Indian team had an expansive instructional course with skipper Virat Kohli driving from the front. He was the first to bat in the nets close by Shikhar Dhawan before they changed to take throw downs. Mohammad Shami, Kuldeep Yadav and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who were relaxed for the match and have been getting ready at the National Cricket Academy, joined their partners rapidly in the nets. Shami even had a well-mannered bowling session.
