All cricketing fraternity feels that Hardik Pandya’s return as an all-rounder will begin with the upcoming 2022 season of the IPL. Hardik Pandya has been picked as a captain by the new Ahmedabad franchise. The 28-year-old all-rounder was India’s main batter in the middle-order and also a perfect No.6 bowler for years. Pandya has given India the perfect balance across all formats.But aprolonged back injury forced him to play only as a batter in recent times.
Pandya admitted that he has been preparing himself for an all-rounder role. Former Mumbai Indian said that his main focus and hard work is to play as an all-rounder in the team. Pandya also intimated that if something goes bad or wrong, then he does not know what will be the next. Pandya said that he is feeling good and strong to deliver well on the field.
Hardik Pandya was picked for INR 15 crore by the Ahmedabad franchise. Pandya who is set to lead Ahmedabad hailed Captain cool MS Dhoni for his guidance and leadership qualities. Pandya admitted that Dhoni gave him a lot of freedom when he was young. Pandya further added that Dhoni wanted him to learn from his own mistakes.Dhoni urged Pandya and made him as a player who could survive in harder situations.
