Babar Azam and Fakhar star in Pakistan’s series awesome win

Gunathilaka’s a tough knock to get a 133runs in 134-ball, Sri Lanka total 297-9 in their 50 overs but Pakistan achieved the score in 48.2 overs for their first series.

A week ago, Abid Ali was in superp form while playing for Sindh, pulverizing a Yasir Shah and Taj Weli-led Balochistan knock as he ended up with his highest individual first-class score of 249 not out. Despite composing a brilliant  batting, Abid looked set to find himself out of the Pakistan team. However, destiny intervened.

Compare the second ODI against Sri Lanka, Imam-ul-Haq, Pakistan’s established opener, injured his hand and Abid was drafted into the side.

Pakistan won the second match by 67 runs,  and the first match was rained off without a Single ball bowled  both also in Karachi.

 And Pakistan team oblige to Fakhar Zaman (76) and Abid Ali (74) who partnership provides 123-runs in opening stand in 20 overs before Haris Sohail (56) and Iftikhar Ahmed chipped in with a 22-ball 28 not out.

And Pakistan 37 in the last five overs as player  Iftikhar perfectly  timed hitting a six and a boundary to bring up victory — Pakistan’s eighth consecutive ODI win over Sri Lanka since 2017.

Sohail and Iftikhar hit three fours and a six apiece. Abid nicely 10 well-timed boundaries in his 67-ball innings, And abid easily get a second hundred in his fourth ODI before he was trapped leg-before by spinner Wanindu Hasaranga.
